Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and the gcs88 platform, which operates under international licensing. This Agreement governs your use of all services, games and features available on the gcs88.one website.

This Agreement takes effect immediately when you register a new account, access the platform, or use any gcs88 service — whether via mobile device, personal computer or tablet. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the Terms & Conditions is published means you accept those changes.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu and English versions of this document, the English version shall prevail for legal and interpretation purposes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the gcs88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years or above at the time of registration
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration
• Not be on any gambling exclusion list maintained by any recognised authority
• Acting on your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Understand that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your area of residence

gcs88 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly where inaccurate information or any breach of terms is identified.

3. User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or terminated, with any funds and bonuses within them forfeited without compensation.

You are fully responsible for the security of your login details including your username and password. gcs88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep that information confidential.

• Do not share your login information with anyone
• Use a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms
• Log out of your account when using a shared device
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Identity verification may be required at any time by gcs88 for compliance and security purposes. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The gcs88 platform supports the following payment methods for member deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM30. There is no different minimum deposit amount by payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account after successful transaction verification.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour. gcs88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure the security of your funds.

• The bank account or e-wallet must be registered under the same name as your gcs88 account
• Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account will be declined
• gcs88 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing parties
• All transactions use Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except cryptocurrency transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gcs88 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% on their first deposit, with a maximum value of up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300. Your wagering requirement is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,000, the maximum bonus of RM888 will be awarded, resulting in a balance of RM1,888, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes, not for direct withdrawal
• gcs88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time
• Bonus abuse including bonus arbitrage will result in account suspension
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only

6. Player Responsibilities

As a player on the gcs88 platform, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account. These responsibilities include:

• Ensuring you are aged 21 years or above and legally eligible to participate in online gambling activities
• Complying with all terms & conditions as stated and updated from time to time
• Ensure the accuracy of all information provided during registration and while using the platform
• Protect your login details and do not allow access by any other party
• Set personal gaming limits and consult the support team if you need assistance with responsible gambling

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

• Fraud or attempts to deceive the system, including manipulation of bets
• Opening or using an account on behalf of another person or third party
• Money laundering activities or financing illegal activities through the platform
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Any action that undermines the integrity of the games or fairness to other players
• Exploiting system bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantage

8. Account Suspension and Closure

gcs88 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to temporarily suspend or close any player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period
• Registration information that is proven to be false or misleading
• Account closure request initiated by the player

If an account is suspended due to fraud or breach of terms, all account balances including bonuses may be forfeited. For accounts closed at the player's request, the real money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gcs88 and its related companies, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.

gcs88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from technical errors, or be available at all times. Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle players to claim compensation.

All games on the gcs88 platform use certified random number generators to ensure fair outcomes. However, wins in games are not guaranteed and players must accept that game results are entirely random.

10. Amendments to Terms
